TERMS OF SERVICE
Before commissioning me, please be aware that my art style are experimental. I do not stick to the same art style and techniques, it will change over time of my career. No commission piece will ever be entirely similar.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment is expected upfront via Paypal / Mandiri.
- Only send payment with "Goods and Services", and "No Address Needed".
- I will not start working on the commission until payment is received.
- If payment is not made within 24 hours, your slot will be given to someone else.
- No refunds will be issued once the sketch has been started unless I'm incapable of finishing your commission.
- These prices are for art that is intended for personal use.
- Prices for commercial pieces will be discussed via email / discord / DMs for faster communication.TIME COMPLETION
- A commission creation period is vary, approximately 1-2 months, affected by complexity of the piece.
- If you want the work completed at a certain date, you must pay for the deadline fee. This can be discussed. The fee depends on your commission type as well as how close the due date is.GENERAL RULES
- Please do not ask me to copy other people's artwork (OC). You may send these as inspiration but I will not copy the design directly.
- Any revisions or changes are allowed during the sketch phase and only color alterations at the flat color phase. Changes after the piece has been shaded will come with an additional fee of 10+ USD | 50+ IDR fee per change.
- I will do minor edits if the errors are my fault. Any requested edits that was not given in the order form will be charged.
- Please be responsive, I will send you updates from time to time.
- I own all rights over the completed work, which allows me to redistribute to any social medias that I have for portfolio and growth. However, if requested, I will withhold from posting.
- You are allowed to re-post the finished commission with the watermarked version of the artwork.
- You're allowed to use my art as profile pictures. Please tag my social medias.
- All art is delivered in jpeg and/or png format.
- You may request a transparent png if you would like to replace the background in the commission.
- Do not crop out my signature.
- Do not alter my art (ex: editing or having an artist change the character's appearance).
- Do not use your commission for commercial purpose or monetary gain (logo, selling prints and merch). Unless you have purchased a commercial license from me prior.
- I have rights to decline / cancel or refund any commissions for any reasons.AI, NFT & ANY KIND OF BLOCKCHAINS
- The art that you ordered are prohibited to be used in any NFT / Blockchain technology in any shape or form.
-Do NOT use my work for AI samples, recreation or for any other similar reasons.
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.Violating any of the terms listed above you will be blacklisted and blocked from all of my accounts of business.
